This letter is overdue. I want to express our appreciation for the great work your company did in remodeling our kitchen. We are very happy with the results. We appreciated your suggestions and guidance in helping us make decisions regarding what changes needed to be made. You have a real talent for selecting the right colors to make them all come together.
Your attention to detail and being a perfectionist is evident in the final product. I now understand why you spent the extra time on the small details to get them just right. Most people would not have cared that much.

Dear Brent,
We had been planning on replacing our roof and it was by pure chance that you were replacing the roof across the street at the time we were preparing to call roofers for an estimate. When you advised us after your inspection of our roof that we had hail damage and that we should first present a claim to our insurance company for an inspection, we were somewhat skeptical. However, we knew we had nothing to lose and upon asking around, we found you to be the rare ethical roofer. In fact, you advised others outside our neighborhood whom we referred to you that they did not have substantial damage and you advised them not to submit their claim for hail damage. You also took control of the claim and made the entire process effortless on us.
Since that time you have gone on to replace many roofs in the neighborhood, all covered by insurance, all looking beautiful and all with satisfied homeowners. Our adjuster even recommended you as a trusted and respected roofer. Your crews performed the repairs without the use of toe-boards and used only ropes and harness equipment much to our amazement. I now know this is very important as we had substantial rotted plywood from the past use of toe-boards. The only neighbor that used a different roofer, bragging because he was a little cheaper, ended up having to replace portions of his new roof because of faulty installation. What he didn’t understand at the time was that you work with the insurance company and agree to work off of their estimate. In the end, he was only responsible for his policy deductible, same as me. As I told you, that same homeowner confided in me later that he wishes he used your services instead of the other guy. He also told me that all he got by using a cheaper roofer was a cheaper job. It still cost him the same as it cost me, our $500 policy deductible.
You know by my many referrals that I am completely satisfied and excited about how efficiently you run your company. In this day and age, you are a rare find. You operate honestly and with integrity. This letter is my chance to tell others outside of my friends and neighbors about your services so please feel free to use this letter as a testimonial for you and your well run company.

In the last few years we started to do some renovations to our home. Through those experiences we discovered how important it is to research companies before hiring a contractor.
When we decided to have new siding installed we researched several companies before making our decision. We were so impressed by Excel Restoration & Construction’s presentation and after contacting several of your referrals, it was clear that you were the obvious choice. The siding was completed on schedule by your experienced and professional crews. The job site was supervised on a daily basis with you stopping by frequently each day. When the work was completed the crews did an outstanding job of cleaning up the jobsite. As you can imagine, when our roof needed to be replaced we didn’t think twice about who to call. Once again the job was completed on time, on budget and with experienced crews.
We are completely satisfied with all of the work Excel Restoration has done for us and we would definitely use you again in the future.
